I recently used the services of a company specializing in additive manufacturing, and I found the experience to be fairly average. While the website was informative, I felt that there could have been more interactive features or a more engaging user interface. Additionally, the customer service was satisfactory, but I didn't feel that my inquiries were addressed as promptly as I would have liked. The range of products offered was decent, although I was hoping for a bit more variety. The overall quality of the products I received was acceptable, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of consistency.
