Stopped by here by chance looking for a nice venue...

Stopped by here by chance looking for a nice venue for lunch yesterday. Despite a wedding party the staff were incredibly accommodating and set up a table in an adjoining breakfast room for us, complete with high chair. Food was superb, views and surroundings excellent. Service was slightly slow but we hardly noticed it and certainly did not complain. When the bill was delivered they apologised that service had not been up to their usual levels so the service charge had been removed!

The level of training and helpfulness of the staff throughout the hotel was on a par seldom seen outside of 5 star proprettes in London. Thoroughly recommended.
