Was promised a new dryer cabinet but when it arrived it was badly damaged, reported it the same day with emails and phone calls, followed all the steps required along with pictures and between the freight company (MTS) and Staber Industries neither one will own up to it. After several emails and false promises we still have a overpriced/damaged dryer cabinet. Now Staber wont email or even call us back. I even asked them to at least send me the parts so i can install them but no go. What a joke of a company. Dont expect any customer service!
