I recently worked with the architectural design firm in the Skaneateles area, and while the team was attentive and professional, I found that the design process could have been more collaborative. The initial concepts lacked a bit of creativity, and the follow-up revisions felt rushed. The website design is modern and easy to navigate, but I wish there were more project examples and client testimonials to provide a better sense of the firm's capabilities. The communication was clear, but I think the firm could benefit from a more personalized approach to understanding their clients' needs. Overall, my experience was average, and I believe there is potential for improvement in terms of design innovation and client engagement.
