I had quite an average experience with Technilite systems inc. The website was a bit tricky to navigate, but once I found what I was looking for, everything went smoothly. The customer service could use some improvement, as they weren't very responsive to my inquiries. However, the product I purchased exceeded my expectations, so overall, I would rate them as average.
