I have always been an avid gym member. I can honestly say that I have NEVER been a member at a gym as great as Impact Zone. The moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff. The facility is absolutely top of the line and there is ample space and a variety of equipment for both a novice or a pro athlete. The owner is welcoming and always makes sure to say hello to me every time I'm there. I have been taking boxing lessons and personal training sessions with Aga who is phenomenal. I have never seen such results or felt as good as I do. The classes take you outside of your comfort zone and are a challenging workout. The trainers are encouraging and are there to support you if you are unsure about form or need to modify an exercise. I have only wonderful things to say about this gym. It is always clean, they have a food delivery service I use for my meals, and I know that each time I come in I will leave feeling satisfied that I had a good workout and am one step closer to my fitness goals. Check out this gym. As soon as you walk in it will exceed your expectations!
