I recently switched to Commonwealth Bank and I'm happy with my decision. Their online banking platform is user-friendly and their customer service is responsive. I also appreciate the fact that they offer competitive interest rates on savings accounts. The only issue I've had so far is with the long waiting times at the branch during peak hours. Other than that, I would recommend Commonwealth Bank to others.
