I recently had the opportunity to work with this company when I encountered some damage to my property. Their website was informative and easy to navigate, providing me with a good understanding of their services. The staff was polite and responsive, always keeping me updated on the progress of my claim. However, I did find their response time to be a bit slow at times, which was a bit frustrating. While they eventually resolved my claim, it did take longer than expected. The adjuster assigned to my case was knowledgeable and professional, but I felt that more proactive communication would have been beneficial. In terms of customer service, they were average, but I would have appreciated a more efficient process. Overall, 👍.
