My experience at Advanced Reproductive Concepts was okay. The doctors seemed knowledgeable, but the staff wasn't very attentive. I had to wait longer than expected during my appointments, which was frustrating. Additionally, there wasn't much communication about the process. However, the facilities were clean and comfortable. I would recommend improvements in terms of patient care and communication.
