My mother was PREMATURELY DISCHARGED TWICE under the care of Dr. Hernandez. It breaks my heart to know that she was diagnosed with pneumonia and a nodule on her thyroid. After the night of her 2nd premature discharge, she couldn't breathe and felt weak. My father called for an ambulance and they took her to CHI St. Vincent where she received proper medical attention.

While at Metro, there were times when nurses forgot to give her medicine and feed her. They were never busy and appeared to be fully staffed so I am confused as to why they were so forgetful.

I purchased a plant and get well soon balloons and was told that I couldn't bring a live plant in her room because of the pneumonia. Yet when she was running a fever they brought a fan caked with dust to cool her down. Her poor lungs! Please don't send your loved ones to North Metro
