I had a pretty average experience with Neovendis. Their website was easy to navigate and they had a decent selection of products. However, their customer service was lacking. I reached out to them with a question and it took them days to get back to me. Overall, I wouldn't say they were the best company I've dealt with, but they were also far from the worst.
