My daughter has been seeing Anna Vita for PTSD for a few years on and odd. Recently Anna recommended a new type of therapy to her. EMDR - eye movement desensitization reprocessing. Anna has bonded well with my daughter and she trusts her recommendations. She has had two visits and feels this will be a good choice.

My daughters main goal is to get off the heavy medications that have been prescribed to her. She does care for the way they make her feel. She wants to move forward and live a normal healthy life. Anna has been a great asset to Her.
