The service provided by Osf Brusetkollen was average. I found their website brusetkollen.no to be quite informative and user-friendly. However, the overall experience was not exceptional. The response time to my queries was a bit slow, which made the communication process tedious. The staff was polite and cooperative, but I think they need to improve their efficiency to deliver a great customer experience. Despite the shortcomings, I appreciate their efforts in addressing my concerns.
