Bulk Hardware is an average company overall. Their products are of decent quality and their prices are affordable. I have made several purchases from their website and most of the time, I am satisfied with what I receive. However, there have been a few instances where I received damaged or incorrect items. Their customer service is okay, but it could be improved. Overall, not a bad experience, but there is room for improvement.
