They much better processes in place to obtain the information they need. Example having 50 people showing up at once and slowly calling them back is not a good process. They also need to be much more efficient maybe go electronic after all it is 2019.. it shouldntakeb4 hours and $16 in parking to sit down 5 mins with your housing person to obtain your voucher.
