Don't use this lousy service. When we arrive at the bus stop in Fumicino, a girl from Terra Vision tells us that the next bus has broken down and that the next one would arrive in more than 1 hour, which we then request a refund via the web. We had to buy other tickets with another company (tram) for 21. Now we request a refund of the 15 and they say no. How unfortunate they are.
