I have long been skeptical about acupuncture. Then when I experienced an ergonomic injury at work, my sister suggested that I try Dr. Walder at Spectrum Acupuncture. My experience has been phenomenal. A very painful shoulder condition that my excellent primary care physicians were able to help only at the margins, predicting a lengthy recovery, quickly became pain-free and then entirely healed under Dr. Walder's care. The office has been a pleasure to deal with. I've been able to make and change appointments around easily. We worked out payment arrangements and insurance billing in an easy and friendly way. I only wish I had more than five stars to give this review.

BTW -- since my initial use of Spectrum's services, I came back for treatment of another injury. While biking recently, I had an accident, which led to a painful soft-tissue injury. Once again, Dr. Walder's acupuncture services brought immediate and profound relief. I am a very evidence-oriented fan of Western medicine, but I have experienced incredible gains in health and wellness from the care I have received at Spectrum. I recommend them enthusiastically, without reservation.
