Accommodations was Ok!! We were a guest to a VIP Owner. Upon Check-In we were greeted very well, made you feel special. As we were told that's our room was not ready we were told to move over to the left of the check in desk to receive our parking pass. The clerk was very happy and excited we came and ask was this our first time with them, we proceeded in telling them that this was out 1st time and we were on our honeymoon!! She then told us that we were invited to a "Welcoming Breakfast" with the owner, and for coming we would receive a gift. WOW, how exciting to meet the owner!!! There were 3 options for the gift: Amex $150 gift card, 7 day vaction ANYWHERE at any Wyndham resort, 4 day cruise. As exciting as it sounded we agreed. The next morning at the breakfast we were greeted by Karen, very nice individual told us we wouldn't be her as long as the other group and that she just wanted to tell us a little about Wyndham. After our well nicely put introduction about Club Wyndham she then left and another lady came (Unknown name) and started to state her sales pitch. After telling her numerous times we weren't interested because we were closing on a house soon she then still preceded to continue with her sales pitch AGGRESSIVELY!!! She stated "you can still buy with us" after that statement I became furious. She made it seem like closing on a house wasn't an priority and that buying with them was. I was very upset and told her "I am going to say this as nicely as possible, but WE ARE NOT PURCHASING PERIOD". She then left and another man came in trying to sell again!!! I say all of this to say that they gave Wyndham a bad name on that day and left a horrible experience with us. We still received the gift (Amex gift card) but we're not happy leaving because of the pushy salespersons. Did it really take 3 people to get a sale??? Just ridiculous!! A waste of time on our honeymoon was exactly what that was. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
