Went here for a long weekend with the family. We have 2 kids ages 10 and 11. Both kids enjoyed getting dressed up and eating in the Salle a Manger (main dining room). The rooms are comfortable but dated especially the bathrooms. The food here is very good and service is mostly very good as well. The portions are generous and the Grand Pecan Ball is not to be missed. We enjoyed mornings on the huge porch overlooking the Straits. A free historical lecture on the hotel and prohibition was very enlightening. I would come back again.
