I had a mixed experience with Phitters. While some aspects of their service were great, others fell short of my expectations. The website is user-friendly and the ordering process was smooth. However, the delivery took longer than expected and the customer support was not very helpful in resolving my issue. Overall, I would say they are an average company with room for improvement.
