As a CUSTOMER, I must say Thunder Ridge, Inc. is an average company. Their services are satisfactory, but nothing outstanding. The website is easy to navigate and the customer service is decent. However, I was expecting more innovation and uniqueness in their products. Overall, not a bad experience, but not exceptional either.
