I have had an incredible experience with Digital Link (Derrick Meyer) I was having all sorts of issues with my Outlook. Given this was a software problem I couldn t throw out my laptop, though the thought crossed my mind. I dropped my laptop off with Digital Link (30 mins before closing), hoping I would be lucky to get it back within 3-4 business days. Just before bed I starting getting notifications on my phone from Outlook (Someone was working of my laptop). When I woke up in the morning I had an email from Derrick (2 am) letting me know my laptop was fixed and would be ready for pickup when the business opened. The team at Digital Link went above and beyond to provide the best customer service I would highly recommend this group to everyone and will use them again in the future.
