what a crappy organization. you can never get through the phones they are always busy, and once you get ahold of one of their incompetent employees good luck BC they don't know their own job, once you call them out on their incompetence, they'll blame the economy on long waits and other departments for over charges. oh good luck getting a refund they don't do them if you over pay BC of their blatant ignorance. The Arizona utilities commission needs to investigate these ass hats.
