To say that I highly recommend purchasing your new vehicle from this dealership doesn't do justice to the customer service I received from Mr. Sal Martinez and Mr. Ken Flynn. These gentlemen went above and beyond my expectations and both worked on my behalf to garner as many rebates and discounts they could acquire to help bring down the overall cost of my beautiful 2019 vehicle. Their attention to detail coupled with their easy going attitude made me feel like I wasn't just another sale; they humanized the car-buying process that often times can seem like a very daunting and overwhelming task. I felt like I was given a very thorough and informative consult on the vehicle I was purchasing which helped me solidify my decision. Would I come back to Red McCombs Hyundai Northwest? Not to be cheesy, but HELL YES! And that's not just to service my new purchase. While I'm sure everyone there is fire, ask for Mr. Sal Martinez; once you're done getting all the deets on your vehicle from him, ask for finance manager Ken Flynn to close out your car buying transaction. My dude had me dying I was laughing so much. I know I'm name dropping them a lot, but hear me when I say I am grateful they were put in my path to help me out with this transaction.
