I have mixed feelings about Frima. While the products I ordered were good, the customer service was lacking. It was difficult to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the representatives weren't very helpful. The website was also a bit confusing to navigate. Overall, I would say my experience with Frima was average at best.
