Took an hour and a half to get my food after order...

Took an hour and a half to get my food after ordering when I went to inquire about the wait the girl said she forgot to send the ticket back for them to actually make it. I asked could I have lemonade instead of tea she made me purchase it separately because all the dinners came with tea so I ended up with an extra drink I didn't want even after waiting so long. Anybody with real customer service knows if it's your mistake the least you can do is give someone a drink for waiting.
