I recently used an insurance company for my needs and I was generally satisfied with their service. The overall experience was good and I found the staff to be helpful. They explained the policies to me in a clear way, and I felt comfortable asking questions. The only area where improvement is needed is in their response time to queries. Overall, a positive experience.
