Service Insufficient and inadequate to the economic class above all on the occasion as the Great Russian Ball where 400 people from all over the world were expected and sin of approximation in the quantity, not in the quality of the food and the organization of the tables of the buffet. On that occasion, in the same event many, not just the undersigned, realized that the beverage table created a real cork to the circulation between the rooms. It was unacceptable to see the expectation of so many standing people waiting for food or clean dishes to be brought. The waiters would at least have to serve the appetizers on individual plates in order to contain the hoarding and the less noble demeanor of the first customers while the others remained dry mouth waiting for the half-hour standing! It is not a service expected of a 5-star hotel! I repeat, a check on the quantity in the dishes is from the service, two waiters would have been enough to make the portions and would have facilitated the smoothness of the crinoline ladies!
After paying for a buffet to hear people say to each other "when we go out we go to eat a pizza" does not seem edifying for a hotel of this caliber !!!
