I've been a customer of Pt. Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera (Grup BRI) for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they do deliver on their promises most of the time, there have been a few instances where I encountered issues with their customer support. The rate at which they respond to queries and concerns needs improvement. Overall, I would say they are an okay company to do business with.
