I recently collaborated with an advertising agency to promote my business, and the experience was average. While the team was professional and delivered the required campaigns on time, I felt that the creativity and innovation were lacking. The advertising efforts did increase our brand visibility, but I expected more impactful results. Overall, the service was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement.
