I have been a customer of J B Elliott Associates INC for several years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. Although they are not bad, they are definitely not great either. The customer support could be more helpful and responsive, and the overall experience could be improved. However, the pricing is reasonable and the products are of good quality.
