I am so grateful for Bob and the team at Memofix that was able to recover my files after my iPhone AND backup USB crashed on the same day. Bob was extremely helpful on the phone and the process was quick and easy to drop off the USB key, assess the ability to recover the files, and return them to me.

I appreciated their policy of only paying if the data is recovered, and I believe the prices charged are fair for their services.

I will hopefully not have to use their services again, but I will absolutely recommend them to EVERYONE who is in the unfortunate situation of losing data!
