I have been an EtainPower customer for over a year now and it has been a positive experience. The platform is well-designed and easy to navigate. The rates they offer are reasonable and the customer support team is always there to assist if needed. The only suggestion I have is to provide more detailed information on how to calculate the electricity usage. Overall, I am a satisfied customer.
