I had a mixed experience with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development. Some aspects of their services were great, while others were below average. The website, dotd.com, is well-designed and easy to navigate. However, I found the process of submitting a complaint to be quite confusing and time-consuming. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
