I have mixed feelings about Promepla. On one hand, their products are of good quality and the prices are reasonable. However, I had a bad experience with their customer support. I had an issue with my order and it took them a long time to resolve it. It was frustrating and it made me question whether I would order from Promepla again. It's a shame because the products are good, but the customer support needs improvement.
