A girlfriend bought a class for my 50th birthday, and we attended together on Saturday night. Absolutely brilliantly done! I felt safe at all times, exhilarated most of the time, and completely surprised at how much was accomplished in 2 hours. I'm not sure if it really is easier than it looks, or if the trainers are so good at what they do, they make it easy for you, but the end result is an amazing, life confirming, eye opening experience I will never forget. I will definitely do it again. Thanks so much to ECTA and to my friend Erica who shared the experience of a lifetime with me. Love you both.
