I recently purchased a hat from this company. The product itself is good and the delivery was prompt. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. When I had a question about my order, it took a while to get a response. The website, testhats.com, is easy to navigate and has a good selection of hats. I would recommend it for the products, but be aware of the customer service.
