I recently worked with a real estate company for buying my new house and had a decent experience. The agent was professional and understanding. They showed me some good properties and helped with the negotiation process. However, there were a few issues with the paperwork that delayed the closing process. Other than that, everything went smoothly and I'm happy with the service provided.
