I was eager to explore Totem's collection after hearing so much buzz about it. While the artworks were interesting, I found the website layout a bit confusing. It took me some time to navigate through the different categories. However, the customer service was attentive and clarified my doubts. With some improvements to the website, my experience would have been better.
