I have been a customer of One Stop Insurance Agency INC for several years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. Nothing exceptional, but nothing terrible either. The agents are knowledgeable and polite, but sometimes I feel like they could be more proactive in providing me with updates on my policy. Overall, it's an okay insurance agency.
