Long trip to perdido key due to traffic. I went down early because I took advantage of lower price to come one day earlier. I was supposed to receive a text where my key was to our condo and never received one. Got a call at 6pm asking if I really had 6 people staying because the pull out wasn t working. I said yes and they said they will get it fixed. I asked where my keys was and they told me how to access the keys in a drop box. Got the keys at 640pm and they were someone else keys. I called the number and they asked me to drive 30 minutes away to get the keys. Then asked if I was sure that those were the wrong keys.they asked me 3 times to drive back to the drop boxes and check other boxes. And obviously none was mine. Between talking to several people they finally said they would bring me a key and I got into my condo at around 1030pm. WiFi password doesn t work and they asked if I wanted a tech to come out and me meet them to fix it. I ve asked thru email, and told multiple people I expect a call from a manager and even left a voicemail with a manager, after 2 days I still haven t recieved a call.. Hands down worst customer service I ve ever recieved
