I have been a customer of Switch2 for several years now, and I must say that their services are average at best. While they do deliver on their promises, I find that their products lack innovation and are often lagging behind the competition. The customer support is decent, but they could definitely improve on their response times. Overall, I would rate Switch2 as an average company.
