Hate them.. even the 1 star system is way too much...

Hate them.. even the 1 star system is way too much for them . Unreliable , will make ur business suffer and customers lose faith. Also none of the data you accumulate belongs to you if you decide to use another company. There is far more superior dispatch system then dds for business.
