Took me 7 months and a tribunal hearing to get money owed to me, after being dismissed for raising a pay enquiry and possible blacklisting. Company run by Raymond Kenneth Higgins one of the sneakiest, malicious person I have worked for will try to intimidate and be two faced. I was offered a job to work on crossrail my pay was short when I made a enquiry I was dismissed, Raised a grievance with company hr Radha Corinaldesi no outcome and grievance totally completely ignored. I started a employement tribunal application it was unbelievable that a company is desperate for you to work for them and make money of you, and after a few days and not getting paid correctly they dismiss you without a reason. At only Paddington site they went through 400 employees because site was not organised and they took it out on staff regularly laying people off without a reason and bringing in new people for few weeks. My employement ended in August 2018 it took SOS and Raymond Kenneth Higgins and Radha Corinaldesi until March 2019 until they realised they made a mistake with my pay, I have not been able to get work with crossrail after and seen evidence of cooperation with other agencies even competition to discuss my case.
