I really want to love Cafe Rio. When they first opened in St George we went there every week. Loved the staff excitement and positive vibe. The lines moved fast and the staff worked together like a well oiled machine. Now? While the food is still good, you have to overlook the 30-45 minute wait in line, the overworked staff (often only 2 at the front), and the tables that are not cleaned up along with overflowing garbage cans. If you don't mind that, then this place is for you!
