I have been a CUSTOMER of PRIVATE SHOP for several years now and I must say that the experience has been average at best. The quality of their products is decent and the prices are reasonable. However, their customer service can be quite frustrating at times. I had an issue with a recent order and it took them forever to resolve it. Overall, PRIVATE SHOP is an okay company, but there are definitely better options out there.
