As a CUSTOMER, I had an average experience with First Pinemont Properties, L.L.C. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were a few issues that could have been handled better. The process of renting from them was quite smooth, and they provided all the necessary information upfront. However, there were some maintenance problems in the apartment that took longer than expected to be addressed. Overall, it was an average experience.
