I am a travel agent who often enters guests to Swissbell Kendari and all Swissbells in Indonesia.
usually served by sales and it's okay.
then then sy served by reservation fo.
already bitchy, the service is not good, and he is almost 10 minutes asking about payment. I told you to wait a minute because we also need to check the invoice. then only 10 minutes later he said my book had been canceled. even though my guest had not checked in yet and planned to stay more than 5 days.
what a behavior .. please admonish the FO like that. very unhelpful and very annoying. I will not taro guests here again. 4 star hotel but the service is better than a 2 star hotel.
