I've been banking with BASECU for a while now and I'm quite satisfied with their services. The staff is professional and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The rates are reasonable, and the online banking platform is user-friendly. However, I do think there is room for improvement in terms of the variety of services offered. Overall, it's a good credit union and I would recommend it.
