I had a mixed experience with Austral Monsoon Building Products Pty Ltd. Overall, their products are of good quality and their customer service is satisfactory. However, I did face some issues with the delivery of my order which delayed my construction project. It took them longer than expected to resolve the issue, but they were apologetic and compensated me for the inconvenience caused. I appreciate their effort in resolving the problem, but they should work on improving their delivery process to avoid such issues in the future. Overall, I would rate them as average.
